"Starting Boot Camp at 265 lbs with a 50 inch waist and only being 5'5' I was very apprehensive as to whether or not I would be able to complete the very first day much less the entire two week program. The Instructor worked to keep me motivated and showed me how to workout at 'my level'. At the end of the two weeks I was able to do nearly twice as many push-ups, and sit-ups. I was also able to shave three minutes off of my mile run time. Three Minutes! In week three we attempted a three mile run. If someone had told me before Boot Camp that I would attempt a three mile run I would have laughed at them, but now I not only attempted it, I completed it.
